Course Information
Swimming and Water Safety Teacher (Swim Teacher Course)

SISCAQU020 Perform water rescues.
SISCAQU023 Plan Swimming Lessons
SISCAQU024 Teach water familiarisation, buoyancy, and mobility skills.
SISCAQU025 Teach water safety and survival skills.
SISCAQU026 Teach swimming strokes.
We will register you for an online program that includes a theory component focused on essential aspects of swim teaching. Allocate 20-30 hours for this phase of your training.
After successfully finishing the online component, you will participate in an in-person training session held at a Belgravia facility conveniently located near you.
During this session, you will enhance your understanding and acquire practical experience through simulations before undergoing competency assessments.
Subsequently, you will be required to complete practical tasks at an aquatic venue following the course. To assist you in completing the accreditation process, a Course Checklist will be provided to ensure you receive the necessary support.
