  • Send and receive communications from colleagues in the system by creating and processing messages and accessing and interpreting incoming communications.
  • Administer sales and operations using the system to perform sales and operational tasks, manage bookings according to policies and procedures, and produce required reports.
  • Reduce waste by minimising printed materials and maximising electronic transmission and record keeping.

Successful completion of this unit counts toward accreditation for the Certificate III Hospitality, Certificate IV in Hospitality, Certificate III in Tourism and the Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism (Holiday Parks and Resorts).
